One of our team will answer you and find out as much as we can about the event / meeting you are looking to organise.
The team will get straight to work, researching venues, using our knowledge and database. Contacting venues to check availability and negotiate the best rates for you.
We will send you a proposal link which will have live click through information on the venues including: – Dates available and rates – Photos of the venue including your meeting space – Capacities of rooms offered – AV inclusions – Proximity to transport and motorway connections – Information on the venue itself in a mini portal – We also include those venues that can’t help and why
We will answer any questions you have, and are happy to talk through the venues on the proposal.
Once you have shortlisted your top venues, we can arrange site visits for you and help with any queries.
We don’t just step away then, we are here to support with any questions during the planning process and it’s so important to us to get your venue feedback afterwards.
